What is a digital menu?
A digital menu is the online version of your café or restaurant menu. Guests scan the QR code on their table and see it on their phone, with no app to install. With EZMenu it also translates into 12 languages, lets guests call a waiter, make a list for the waiter or send their order from the table, and you get an AI assistant to help you run it.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera, and the menu opens in their browser.
How long does it take to set up EZMenu?
A few minutes. Create your venue, import your current menu from Snappfood, MeNEW, Menusaz or a photo of your paper menu, and print your tables' QR codes. We're happy to help with the setup too.
Can guests order from the menu?
Yes, if you want them to. Turn on ordering and choose whether only your staff send orders or guests too. Guests send their order from their table, signed in with their phone number, and your staff confirm it before it's made. Your service charge and VAT are added to every bill.
How much does EZMenu cost?
$100 a month, or $1,000 a year. Every feature is included in both.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Cancel your monthly plan whenever you like, and if EZMenu isn't right for you, we'll refund you, no questions asked.
Which devices does it work on?
Guests open the menu in any phone browser. Staff work on phones, tablets or computers, and a desktop app for Windows and Mac handles ticket printing and screens.
Do you help with setup and training?
Yes. We set you up and train your team, so you're comfortable with EZMenu from day one.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Every feature is included in your subscription, with no hidden fees.
